The Chester Expanded adds additional space to our standard Chester Model in all the best places, creating a more luxurious feel, and expanding usability.  The floor plan expansion creates a larger kitchen, adding additional cabinets and countertop space.  It also features an expanded family room with extra windows for more natural lighting, and a deeper dining room, allowing more space for entertainment and relaxation.  The extension of the 1st floor study allows for the accommodation of a new full bathroom with a shower, replacing the powder room, and a much larger study space.

 

On the 2nd floor, the master bedroom is expanded in size, with a more purposeful sitting room, and an extra deep storage closet.  The walk in closet is also extended, creating two new spaces, and adding extra hanging area.  The master bathroom is also redesigned and expanded, featuring a larger dual sink vanity, a marble shower seat, a freestanding soaking tub with freestanding filler and hand spray, and a separate linen closet.  The rear of the home features two larger bedrooms with expanded walk-in closets.
